Beautiful rooms and lovely balcony ( when sun out ) building very peaceful, just opposite the beach ⛱️ and above 🍨 ice-cream parlor. The power shower was great Too many stairs and too heavy a suitcase

Ideal location right opposite seafront. Was able to park right outside for whole of stay. Excellent communication with the host before and during visit..even accomodating an extra nights stay at short notice. Everything you needed was in the apartment along with little extras. Very comfortable. Huge bed and huge shower in the one we stayed in

The apartment was spotless, the bed so comfortable, the view was fantastic - having a morning cuppa looking out at the sea was so special. The apartment was very well equipped, the balcony at the rear was such a bonus. The location is terrific for the beach and the town minutes walk away. Decor such fun 😊 communication with Carole very prompt. Would definitely stay again in the future. Would have liked to have a sweeping brush

Die Lage war absolut perfekt. Und die Gaatgeberin total bemüht. Ein Frühstück am Balkon mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer - das lässt unsere Augen strahlen. Es hat nichts gegeben, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war echt super!

Lovely and comfortable, right opposite the ⛱️ beach, plenty of hot water for the power shower, a great little balcony that was an amazing sun trap Quite a few steep steps up to the apartment so a little difficult with suitcase - will pack less next time

The views from the front windows, over looking the gardens below and sea in front, where superb and sat on the balcony very relaxing. There were great restaurants and pubs within a 5 mins walk from the front door. Nothing

Balcony overlooking garden/seafront & pier - lovely to sit out & watch the world go by, very relaxing apartment to stay here.
Close to lots of attractions, but need car preferably to go further afield as lots to see & do in that part of country.
Felt at home as its very accommodating & cosy apartment. Quirky but not overpowering - loved it. Parking was a bit of a nightmare!!

Super zentral. 5 Minuten vom Pier. Nette Kneipe um die Ecke. Sehr leckere Eisdiele nebenan.
Unterkunft hat (fast) alles was man braucht. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön und ein größerer Föhn.

The bed is sooooooooooo comfortable very clean decor ver boutique
Returning in December to another apartment in the building
We visit Eastbourne at least twice a year the most comfortable by far

Brilliant location, by the sea, next to an ice cream parlour, Tesco 2min walk. Going for an early morning walk on the beach was amazing, especially that the tide was low and beach was sandy at those times. Kitchen very well equipped, bathroom spacious abd woth a huge shower. The decor was nice too. The place allows dogs, so i was worried there would be a dog smell, but there wasnt any. Would definitely recommend!
