Équipement Taille Fonctionnel Incroyable emplacement Vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Terrasse Incroyable où l'on imagine Mary Poppins Communication et renseignements top Pas de tri des déchets. Peut-être non voulu. Rien de négatif....une vraie pépite

We loved everything about this apartment. Location is excellent and the loved the balcony complete with table and chairs. Nice to have a kitchenette too. A bit noisy as right by a main road but not much you can do about that because of the excellent location. Parking is tricky but we were lucky to get free parking outside the accomodation.

Great location. Easy check in. Comfy flat with everything we needed. Gelato Famoso on the corner does great food as well as gelato and the staff are lovely. Carole is a top host for the accommodation, and told us everything we needed to know.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the facilities. The bedroom was big enough and comfy bed for a couple with a child. The bedroom has huge cupboard for hanging your clothes and placing them. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dinning table and coffe table with 50 inch TV. My favorite part was the couch when l was able to trun on the lamp drink coffe and read a book. The kitchen is very lovely and during my stay l bought groceries and cooked for my family. The kitchen has everything including fridge, microwave, toaster, cooker, kettle to make coffe etc.The bathroom is very modern and has a washing machine. The apartment has great location in front of the beach near eastbourne pier and near with city center. We enjoyed the sunny days and the time spend on the beach. The area is very quiet during the night. Carole was very friendly and she responded for every enquiry or problem l had during my stay. Definitely we are going to book again. When you cook something on kitchen make sure to open the kitchen door and turn on the chimney cooker that fire alarm is not turning on because is going to distract you and make nervous from turning off and is located in the hallway. But is easy to follow the steps to turn off the alarm. Anyway call Carole for everything she will help you.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in top Lage. Hier würde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich wohl. Das Bad ist toll, mit Badewanne und Dusche. Der Strand liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, Pier, Promenade und Geschäfte, Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Pier und das Meer. Parkvoucher kann vom Vermieter erworben werden. Ist zu empfehlen in Hauptreisezeit oder an sonnigen Wochenenden. Egal was man braucht, es ist da! Die Pfanne müsste mal ersetzt werden, der Boden ist nicht mehr gerade. 😂Jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau.

I absolutely loved everything about this property from the moment I arrived I was blown away by the design of the apartment,so many beautiful things to look at around the room pictures and ornaments. It reminded me so much of my Aunts place. The sea view was absolutely beautiful.it was in the perfect location not too close to town but a nice walking distance along the sea front. Right next door to the ice cream parlour. Carole was a great host she was prompt in her replies.. I messaged her late on my arrival date because we couldn’t switch the shower on and got a response straight away. On our departure date we got to meet the lady that cleans the apartments and she was also lovely had a great chat! I honestly could not have asked for more it was a special birthday for me so I wanted something special and this place really was! I was sad to leave I loved it so much! See you very soon If you have motility issues is up a few flights of stairs, I have fibromyalgia but it didn’t hold be back it was worth the stairs!

Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The property was in an ideal location and absolutely spotless. Carole the host was always available to answer any questions. She is the perfect host and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any family or friends that want to stay. Cannot fault anything. Nothing

Due to exceptionaly hot weather ( red alert) we really appreciated the sea breeze through the two large windows. Proximity to beach for a few lovely swims from the sand at low tide. Local Tesco and short walk along promenade to the Tennis tournament (main reason for coming) and town centre. Key box at front door so didn't need to take key with us. Parking in Eastbourne is a nightmare. Once we found a slot a short walk away we used our bikes which we kept in the boot. Struggled to open huge waste bins in the scruffy alley to dispose of rubbish. I'm not sure why Eastbourne hasn't embraced recycling as other seaside resorts we've visited.
